Apparently I've been using this recipe for a very long time. Hmm... I guess that explains all the agony.

This must be the diet the Honored Matres gave to all of the Bene Gesserit they captured! After they were in a state of blistering agony the following diet was given;
1) Add highly diluted spice (for flavor only) in soup heavily laced with addictive adrenaline based drug.
*as a dinner show demonstrate sexual bonding of males/followed by demonstration of blinding HM speed*
2) Continue to provide soup (gradually eliminating all traces of spice) until BG is addicted to the new drug.
